Looking for people to pay from the 1st March and able to move in within a week of that.
£847 per month per room (due on the 1st of each month).
Bills are not included and are normally £120-150 per person.
Available from 1st March for each room and deposit will be one month’s rent.
Room 1 is a little smaller but has a nice view onto a park and gets evening sunlight. Comes with bed and wardrobe.
Room 2 is a little larger and gets morning sun. Comes with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The kitchen and bathroom are a little small but have everything you need. There is also lounge room off the kitchen. The flat has a bit of character and isn’t brand new, but it’s comfortable and we look after it. We have quite a few plants in the flat that help to make it feel bright and homey.
Location is great! Only 5 mins walk from London Bridge station. With Bermondsey street that is full of cafes and restaurants right outside our door. The area is great in summer as is it an easy walk to a lot of central London.
There are 3 rooms in the flat and I am the one staying in the third room. I’m Australian but have lived in London for over a decade now. I work Monday to Friday and work from home 1-2 days a week. I have lived in this flat for 7 years now and love it here. Happy to have any gender but prefer around a similar age (30s but not a deal breaker).
Ideally I would like people that are clean, kind and respectful of living with others. They also have some experience with sharing. Comfortable and calm during the week. Also best suited to someone who works in an office at least part of the week. It would be nice to live with people who are friendly and social and not just sharing the flat.
We would ideally like to start viewing asap.

After viewing, if you’d like to take the room, we ask for a £100 holding deposit (deducted from your first bills payment) to secure it and prevent last-minute dropouts.
