Double bedroom close to London Bridge station

Hey! I’m moving out of the country and I’m looking for someone to take my double room in a three bedroom apartment. I live with one of my best friend from uni and her cousin. The double bedroom comes completely furnished, bills and council tax all included and 16 minute walk from London Bridge train station / 20 minute to London Birdge tube station. Only accepting full time professionals (annual rent should be max 1/3 of annual income) or full time students with a guarantor. I am moving out on the 11/13th of March and I would want someone to replace me as fast as possible! (More photos to come, I was out for a few days and didn’t get a chance to take proper ones).
