Lovely bright, and spacious room in a 2-bed flat in London Bridge/Bermondsey area.

My current flatmate is sadly leaving London, so looking for a new flatmate to join! I have been in this flat for 3 years, and want to stay for longer. I'm looking for a tidy flatmate, who enjoys both socializing and their own space. I love cooking, running, working out and a regular pub outing.

The flat gets a ton of natural light, especially in the afterrnoon. The room has its own bathroom, plenty of storage space and enough space to fit a WFH station.

Convenient location - close to many supermarkets (big Tesco, 10 minute walk, Lidl 5mins walk, Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local within 5 mins walk. Great bus connections to central London, and a few minutes walk away from Bermondsey St which has tons of restaurants, bars and shops.

Bills not included. Council Tax Band E. Other bills include electricity, and broadband. (approx. 190GBP per month.) Move-in date is flexible, up until mid-May.
