I’m looking to fill 2 rooms in my London Bridge flat! My current flatmates are both moving out of London at the end of our tenancy contract and I’d love to stay in this flat and renew from May 24th onwards.
The property has 3 beds, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom! The location is amazing, with the tube stations of London Bridge, Southwark, and Borough a 5-10mins walk away.
Bills: split evenly amongst the 3 tenants, bills will be approx. 155 pm each. (Council tax, electrics + heating, water, wifi)
