Spare Room Available – London Bridge – From 7th May

Sadly, my current flatmate has decided to move out and shack up with his boyfriend… so I’m now on the hunt for a replacement flatmate and friend to take over the room.

The room:
A really lovely, bright room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a Juliet balcony — gets great light. Comes with a double bed, two wardrobes, and a set of drawers, so plenty of storage. You’ll also have your own family bathroom, finished to a high spec.

Rent is £1,700 all in (bills included).

About me:
I’m 32, live and work around London Bridge, and have been in the area for about 8 years now. Pretty settled here and love it.

I’m fairly chilled — gym 3–4 times a week, run a couple of times, and play tennis most weeks. Also enjoy a drink at the weekend, so very much a “normal bloke” setup.

The flat:
Fully furnished and very much a home rather than just somewhere to sleep — would love someone who wants the same vibe.

Looking for someone easygoing, social (but not feral), and up for the occasional drink / catch-up — not just a “ships in the night” situation.
