Marvellous double room London Bridge

Double room in shared flat with the landlord, 5 minutes walk to London Bridge tube, Tower Bridge, the Shard, Borough Market etc. Walk to work in the City, Southbank.

The flat is off Bermondsey Street with its great selection of restaurants, bars and cultural amenities (Fashion and Textile Museum, White Cube) with plenty of shops near by. Including Maltby Street market on a weekend.

The flat is bright and peaceful on the top, 2nd, floor of a local authority block.

I'm looking for someone quiet, clean, tidy, independent, considerate. The flat would suit someone who works near London Bridge / the City or perhaps someone looking for a pied a terre for work.

The price is inclusive of bills except half the energy bill which is currently about £70 a month (for you). Included in your rent is fast (150 mbs) fibre broadband-wifi, a cleaner every fortnight.

I do cultural research and things in 'the arts'. Some people think I am a bit like Jon from Garfield, so it might be good if you were a bit like Garfield. For example you might like lasagne?

I don't mind if you smoke but you'll have to do it outside on the balcony/walkway.

Other amenities include a good shower and bath, acoustic internal double glazing in bedrooms, projector with sound bar for TV with Amazon and other Streaming Apps. And your bed is ottoman style so lifts up for extra storage inside.
