The living room

I’m looking for a new flatmate to move in with me in a flat in quiet area of Zone 1, close to London Bridge, Maltby Street Market and Bermondsey. The rent is £900 a month, all bills included.

The flat
I have a furnished double room, spacious living room and the flat has with great views of London. Looking for a long term let, minimum 6 months. It’s a 2 bed flat so you’ll be living with me.

The area:
The flat is in Bermondsey, really close to London Bridge station (mainline, northern and jubilee tube). It’s also right next to Bermondsey street which has lots of independent coffee shops and cafes, Maltby Street market, which is a street food market on the weekends and the Bermondsey beer mile which has lots of independent breweries. It’s close to a Tesco metro and Sainsburys local (5 minute walk) and a bigger Tesco about 15 minutes away.

Who I’m looking for:
I’m a 26 year old female and looking for another girl to move in the flat. Ideally someone who works full time and is between 25-35. I’m looking for someone who is happy to hang out, but also be independent. I’m into cooking, mainly vegetarian and enjoying London. I’m a clean and tidy flatmate who works full time so I’m out quite a lot, but also enjoy spending time at home. I also smoke on the balcony of the flat.
