The room has been recently renovated and all the furniture and the mattress is brand new.

This is a clean, respectful home, and we seek someone who is the same.
We don’t have rules but we don’t forget about respect.

We’re keen to live with someone who is sociable and friendly, but who also appreciates having their own space. We’re all professionals with full-time jobs, so we don’t cross paths often during the week, it’s a peaceful home.
