Hi Everyone,
I am Gabriella and I am the sole tenant in a nice big flat at City Airport and I am looking for someone for a big double room. This is my third year in the property, my flatmate sadly has to move home.
There are only two rooms so there is no crowd and I am in work in the city sometimes 6 days. The DLR is very handy to get to the centre in 20 minutes, The station is 5 minutes walk.
The room is specious, there are basic furniture as wardrobe, drawer and the double bed study desk. Bills, if we are both working, are usually from 100£ each depending on our usage as electricity and gas is top-up.
We have great Sky WIFI which can hold multiple devices greatly. In the spacious living room we have a walking machine, projector and piano and balcony. The area is safe, not crowded at all. The windows have noise reduction and every room has an air cleaner built into the wall.
I love art and I paint, I am currently studying interior design at uni. I am friendly and social but love my own space too.
Hope to hear from you soon,
Gabriella
