8-10 mins walk from Stepney Green & Limehouse stations,
12 mins from Mile End,
20mins from Bethnal Green station.
5mins to Queen Mary Uni and Mile End park.
30mins walk to Monument or Canary wharf.
3rd floor 2 bedroom flat share, with 1 female flatmate.
There is no lift in the building.

Area:
Residential area, 100m from Regents canal, you can see the canal from the balcony. Most popular running routes nearby.
Nearest gym/pool is ‘better gyms’ at Mile End Stadium (5mins walk) and several gyms within 10 mins walk.

Flat:
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen/diner, 1 lounge, and a balcony. Recently refurbished. The hallway is getting some built ins this summer.

Parking:
Flat has underground carpark.
Bike racks are available in the courtyard but if you have a bicycle its better to keep your bike in the flat (hallway).

Its the smaller room of the two bedrooms.

Move in date is flexible.
Deposit is one month.
