£607 per month Zone 2 Clean Cozy Room Female only

Hello guys! I am leaving London in January, so I have to look for someone (female only, sorry!) to take over the tenancy. I will definitely miss this cozy flat and my lovely flatmates :( If you want something simple and affordable (and safe!), I really think that this is a real bargain. It is definitely worth what you pay for. But if you want something fancy (brand-new amenities, posh neighborhood, nice garden etc), I am afraid this is not going to be your dream room. The Flat
- On a main road (absolutely safe to walk alone at night)
- 3 rooms
- Separate bathroom and WC
- Kitchen: cooker, microwave oven, washing machine, oven, individual cupboards for storage
- 1 dining room
- We do the cleaning by ourselves
- Not a ‘partying’ flat

The Room
- Very bright
- With all basic, essential furniture: cupboard, desk, chair, queen-size bed and mattress, small sofa, drawer.

The Flatmates
- 1 female and 1 male full-time PhD students
- My flatmates are very friendly and chill. While we may enjoy beer together sometimes, we respect the space and schedule of each other. You won’t have the pressure to socialize when you just want to enjoy your little me time!

The Neighborhood
- Bethnal Green Station (Central line): 5-minute walk; Whitechapel Station (District, Hammersmith & City line, Overground): 10-minute walk
- Plenty of grocery choices: a corner store just across the road, one big Sainsbury within 5-miute walk, nearby outdoor street markets etc
- Weekend markets to explore: Brick Lane, Old Spitalfields Market, Columbia Road Flower Market, Broadway Market
- Cool pubs/cafes around (plus the legendary cinema Genesis!)

The Rent
- Rent: £607 per month (excluding bills which are shared among the tenants)
