We have one spare room in our home between Aldgate and Shoreditch! ❤️
💲 Spacious medium double room on the first floor, eastern facing window - £700 per month + bills (maximum £60-70 on winter).
💲 Spacious big double room on the second (top) floor, western facing window - £775 per month + bills (maximum £60-70 on winter).
🏠 The house: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 more toilet, living room, really spacious kitchen, a lovely garden and loooaads of storage space!
The bedrooms are going to have wooden floors. The ideal would be a videocall so I can explain everything! (:
📍 Location: A spacious haven in Zone 1, under 2 minutes walk from Brick Lane, this house share is the perfect place to return home to after a long day or also to have some great movie nights and BBQ summer parties!
🚄 Less than a 5 minute walk from Aldgate East Station, 10 mins from Liverpool St Station, and a 5 minute walk to Whitechapel Station. This flat has a near perfect location.
Shoreditch and its vibrant nightlife is a mere 15 minute walk away, as is the Thames, Street Markets and its many attractions such as the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and Tate Modern among others. During all these lockdowns and Tiers, we had some great long walks!
🧑🤝🧑👯Your future flatmates: You'd be living with a lovely couple. A mix of Brazilians and British in their 20s that love to have a drink, movie nights and occasional parties but enjoy some alone time as well.
They also have just adopted a dog to bring even more love to the house! 🐶❤️
You are gonna have some great game and movie nights during this 3rd lockdown and we can't wait to find the perfect people for our home!
