Hello!

We are moving out of our current room, which is the largest bedroom in the maisonette. The 3-bed maisonette has lots of shared space, with a cozy and large living room (comes with a desk to WFH), a fully equipped kitchen, and a decent balcony with bbq pit to enjoy during summer. It also has a bathroom with bathtub & shower plus an additional toilet downstairs, so you never have to queue for the toilet.

It is located within a 5-minute walk to Bethnal Green tube, is 3 minutes walk from a HUGE Sainsburys, and 15 minutes walk away from Victoria Park. The area is amazing, with lots of cafes and shops around, and Brick Lane, Shoreditch, Hoxton and Hackney all within walking distance.

We have enjoyed staying here tremendously and are only moving out as we are leaving London. There are currently two flatmates in the flat, and one more might be moving in early May. They are a chill and easy-going couple who respect others' personal space and keep the place clean, and we have had a few bbq dinners and hung out a few times. They work outside of home so you will not have to fight for the desk space in the living room.
