Bright Large Double room “en suite”, near QMUL

Hi there,
I'm renting out one of the two room here, it's a lovely double room with lots of storage, comes with a wardrobe, a drawers and the bed has drawers too, the house has 2 bathrooms, so we can use one each (en-suite bathroom, just outside the room).
It's a nice 2 bedroom flat, with a living room and separate kitchen.
There's also a parking rack for the bikes in the court yard and a parking bay for the car in the garage.
It’s a residential area, quiet and peaceful, close to the canal and the park (Mile End Park and Victoria Park), there are many off licence and small shops close by.
The closest underground stations, are Mile End and Stephney Green, both just a couple of stops away (339 or 309 bus stop are just below the house), walking time it’s about 10/15min away.
The building It's 5min walk from Queen Mary University of London.
The property is comfortable, no crowded it’s going to be just two people in the house enjoying a large fridge, enough cabinets for 2, a WiFi 500mb speed, Dyson cordless vacuum etc.

I'm a Firefighter, reliable and easy to live with, for the nature of my job I try to have a balanced and healthy lifestyle, so I’m often out to the gym.
I'm sociable and easy going, up for a drink or anything fun, but I also value my own time just chilling, maybe doing my hobbies or reading.
I like to have a quality life style and I consider this place an important source for that. keeping the house clean is part of this, I’m not obsessed, but dirtiness makes me sad, so I’m looking for someone likewise, also no smokers please, thanks.
I'm Italian so yes I usually cook and eat lots of pasta, I’ll be happy to share of course ) I also love music, art, photography and have many interest in general (maybe too many).
