Ensuite, E1, Girls Preferred, January Only

Earliest 21st of Dec to max 1st of Feb.
Looking for a girl to take my bedroom for a month ish and to share this lovely flat with my adorable flatmate.
The ensuite:
Very spacious, very clean, great shower, with a nice window and blinders.
The bathroom is not inside but just in front of my bedroom and it will not be shared (flatmate has her own).
The flat:
It faces a church yard/park, it’s a lovely view and a very silent, gated building. Also the flat is modern, so much light, it is nicely decorated and has everything you might need. Very well located and so close to transport links and the city.
Transport/location:
It is also 5min walk to Limehouse station, Stepney green station, the canals for a lovely walk etc.
Bus just in front of us can take you to Bethnal Green, Hackney, Hackney wick, etc.
Myself and my flatmate:
I am looking for someone to rent my bedroom from the 21st of Dec to max 1st of Feb. You'll be sharing this space with my flatmate, who is laid back but also very clean and organised around the house. I am hoping to find some who is caring with our place, but also relaxed and easygoing.
