I’m looking for someone to takeover my room which is available from 30th March. £850 pm plus bills.

The room is a lovely sunny double room with views of the Canary Wharf skyline. The room comes furnished with a bed and large built in wardrobe.

There’s one shared bathroom and living room with TV. The flat is a 2 bedroom so you would be sharing the flat with my flatmate Tøger who is a writer and primary school music teacher.

The flat is on the third floor (with no lift). Super secure flat with two locks on the door (latch and bars), and telephone entry system downstairs.

The flat is sandwiched between Limehouse, Wapping and Shadwell to the South, and Whitechapel and Stepney to the North. Plenty to do nearby, Stepney City Farm, Limehouse Basin, Tobacco Dock are all a few minutes walk away. The flat is a 10 min walk from the Thames (where there’s a lovely riverside pub). There’s a Sainsbury’s 5 min walk away and a grocery store directly underneath the building. Arbour Square is by the front door and Stepney Green Park a 5 min walk away.

There’s a bus stop and Santander bikes across the road to the flat. It takes 15 mins to get to Bank station from the flat (via DLR). Train/Tube links are as follows:

Stepney Green (District/Hammersmith & City) - 15 min walk
Whitechapel (Elizabeth Line / Overground) - 17 min walk
