I have a beautiful single room available at Whitechapel. It’s in a 3 bedroom flat with a garden, living room and large kitchen for housemates to hang out. Available from 12th of May.

I prefer to rent this room out on a short term basis, but happy to consider long term let if we get along.

The flat is 5 mins walk from Whitechapel Station, and 5 mins walk to all the cool cafes in Shoreditch. It’s located in a quiet part of Whitechapel so you’re getting the best of both worlds.

You’ll be living with me, a 44 yo Singaporean working in property. The other room is currently occupied by a 26yo woman who works in tech.

We are a very clean household. So this place will be suitable for someone who likes a clean, quiet environment for them to call home. It’s beautifully decorated place and the living room and garden is a great place to hang out after a long day of work or study.

The rent of £830 is for long term let. It includes internet and water, and does not include gas, electricity and council tax. I could do short term let (up to 3 months) at £900 per month.
