You’ll be living with me, a 46 yo Singaporean who is a content creator and professional investor.
We are a very clean household, and have a light duty roster to keep the place clean. The roster takes place once every ten days and will take up less than 30 mins of your time. This place will be suitable for someone who likes a clean, quiet environment for them to call home. It’s beautifully decorated place and the living room and garden is a great place to hang out after a long day of work or study.
The rent is £950 for the single room and £1,100 for the double room. It includes all bills (Gas, electricity, water and internet).
