About me: I have been lived in London for more than 15 years, a couple of years ago I moved back home and now I live in Italy.
That is why you will be living in my beautiful two bedroom flat with an invisible flatmate :)
I like to keep free my room for sporadic visits. As I am not in London to take care of my lovely flat, what I am looking for is someone who could take care of it as it was its own.

About the Flat: Beautifully presented and generously sized double bedroom with built in wardrobe available in a modern and bright 2 bedrooms flat, 5th floor with lift.

The flat is beautifully decorated, with Italian and Thai furniture and completely with wooden floors. The kitchen is an open plan kitchen with integrated dishwasher, washer, fridge/freezer completely furnished. Spacious, all kind of amenities: WIFI, smog alarm, etc.

Private, white finish contemporary style bathroom, balcony, leaving room and kitchen. Residence bike parking. Secure car parking available.

Easy access to transport links, conveniently located 5 minutes walking from either Limehouse or Shadwell stations (national train, DLR and overground). Moments away from bus stop (15 115 135 / D3 100). Buses to Canary Wharf, Bank, Shoreditch, Old Street (perfectly placed for bars, restaurants and nightlife).

Building is very safe with CCTVs and on-site Concierge 6 days per week. The building's doorbell rings directly on your mobile phone thanks to a modern system/app, so even if you're miles away, you can see who's at the door and, if necessary, open it remotely – all via a phone app.

I'm always happy to share tips on where to go or to recommend restaurants and more. I love travelling and speak english and spanish in addition to my mother tongue, italian.
