A single room includes 1 single bed, desk & chair, clothes rack & hangers, storage chest, mirror, bookshelf, fridge, rice cooker and a small kettle. It has just been refurbished, we have changed the bed to a more firm one, and we're also getting more stuff like a new carpet.

Rent is £700 per month + shared electricity bill (around £50, will be a bit higher in winter), all other bills (Water, Gas, Wifi, Council tax) are included. 24-Hour hot water.

5 min walk to Tesco, Iceland, Sainsbury.
20 min to Waitrose.
20 min to Brick Lane.

Transport links:
3 min walk to Shadwell DLR & overground.
15 min walk to Whitechapel (Elizabeth Line, District, Circle, Hammersmith & City Lines)
15 min train to Soho/Central London area, to Holborn it's around 20 min

We're a friendly household. You will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with me and my partner. We like to keep a private life but would also like to share dinner/a drink/movie night together from time to time.

It's a private yet intimate space, has its own personality, so it probably won't suit everyone. Ideal situation for overseas students who are keen to experience an English/International environment. But we will contact you if we feel you are the right person to live with.
