Double Bedroom in Spacious East London Flat!

Hi there!

My current flatmate is moving out and I’m looking for someone to take their place and contribute to a comfortable living space.

The room is a decently sized double bedroom, with about a year and a half remaining on the contract (including a break clause from September). It will be vacant from the 7th of May.

A bit about myself: I am a 27-year-old research and development engineer. I would describe myself as a laid-back individual who’s usally up for most things. My hobbies include bouldering, cooking, pub trips and travel. I'm also trying really hard to learn Spanish and get in the habit of running this year. I really like this flat and it would be great to have someone who also values looking after it to make it a home for both of us.

It’s a very spacious two-bedroom flat located in East London - right in the midst of Bethnal Green, Whitechapel, and Stepney Green. It has excellent connection links with the District, Hammersmith, Central, and Elizabeth lines, as well as by bus. For cyclists, there’s a bike lane nearby so you can get into the city centre in roughly 10 minutes.

The flat features a large sized kitchen and dining area, complete with a big fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and space for the drying rack. The living room has space to relax with a large sofa and a very comfortable armchair (perfect for naps). The ourdoor terrace has a table and chairs and lots of plants to enjoy when the weather gets good.

The available bedroom is well sized and includes a wardrobe that spans the entire length of one wall. There’s also storage in other parts of the flat if you need. While it currently doesn’t have a desk, I'm confident there is ample space to accommodate one.

The monthly bills amount to approximately £150 per person, and the flat falls under council tax band C.
