Short term let- modern clean flat in Bethnal Green

Hi
I am going away for xmas for a month on holiday, from 17th Dec until 10th January.
So I am looking for someone who ideally needs a space over xmas, can do week to week or even days as needed.
The flat is modern flat on 3rd floor, shared with my friend Shana who will be around. Warm, clean, cosy place that I think would be a great short term spot for anyone over the holidays.
The flat is very well located area- 5 minute walk to bethnal green overground, underground or whitechapel station ( Elizabeth line).
One important request is that you like cats- I have a very friendly one called Bags who would love some company and friendship whilst I'm away!
My housemate is very friendly, kind and clean! She is away also for most of the time I am so likely the flat would be yours alone.
Would like to meet before moving in ideally to make sure it works for both you and my flatmate.
