Huge double room

Hiya. Looking for someone (no couples, sorry!) (age 24-30) for a sublet house share in a lovely and cosy house around Shadwell area. Room requires a minimum 6 month commitment with possibility to extend afterwards. Looking for a mid Jan start (can be a bit flexible on this).

Room: All bills included (always warm in winter 🤠)
Huge room with en suite and mini private garden

Location: I have lived in this area over 3 years now and have felt extremely safe.
Perfect location if you work in Bank/Canary:
10 minute walk to Shadwell DLR and overground
10 minute walk to Limehouse DLR
12 minute walk to Stepney Green (district)
15 minute walk to Whitechapel (Elizabeth)

House vibe: Chill, clean (we have our own cleaning schedule to keep on top of things), sociable

Housemates: Twin sisters (26) (we get on well!) and our adorable tabby cat, DeeDee. I won’t be around, due to travelling. We both enjoy cooking together, going to gigs + galleries, going out for food/pub trips. We’re up for being social with our housemates: local pub trips, eating dinner together BUT also appreciate space from time to time
There will also be an extra person subletting but not sure when this will be.
