Double Room w/ Private Ensuite

I’m looking for someone to take over my spacious double room with its own private ensuite (shower, toilet & sink).

The room comfortably fits a full WFH setup while still having good floor space. It comes with the bed, wardrobe and shelving unit. (The desk, chair and other bits shown in the photos aren’t included, but we do have a spare drawer/closet available if needed.)

The flat is split over two floors, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large open-plan living space downstairs - great for relaxing in the evenings or having the occasional dinner together. There’s also a washing machine, dryer, shared storage room and a private garden.

Location-wise it’s super convenient - around 10 mins walk to Aldgate East, Whitechapel and Shadwell; 15-20 mins walk to City; and about 10 mins walk to Goodman’s Field. Plenty of shops, cafes and supermarkets nearby.

Bills average around £100 per month across the year and include water, internet, council tax, gas and electricity.

Move-in is from 1st April, with some flexibility if you’d like to move some suitcases in earlier (we’ve got storage space downstairs).

You’d be joining a friendly, respectful and tidy household. We’ve all lived together for over two years, so it’s a stable and welcoming home rather than a high-turnover flatshare. We’re social and chat in the evenings, but everyone also values their own space.
