Ensuite double room – Bethnal Green / Whitechapel – £1,500 (available around early May)

A room will soon be available in the flat where I currently live in Bethnal Green, so I’m looking for someone to take it over. The exact dates are still being finalised, but the move-in would likely be around early May.

— The flat —

The flat is on the third and top floor of the building and comes furnished.

It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two separate toilets. The available room is a furnished ensuite bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom and toilet directly connected to the room.

The apartment also has two terraces: one south-facing and one north-facing. The kitchen is open onto the living room, and the south-facing terrace has large floor-to-ceiling windows, bringing in plenty of natural light. The flat also has a nice view towards the City.

The north-facing terrace is shared between us but can be accessed directly from the available bedroom.

The flat is very well connected.

• About a 7-minute walk to Whitechapel station (Elizabeth line, Hammersmith & City line, District line and Overground)
• Around 7 minutes to Bethnal Green (Central line and Overground)
• Several bus routes nearby

You can also walk to the City in about 30 minutes and reach Victoria Park in roughly 20 minutes.

I’m a 30-year-old French guy who has been working in finance in London for about four years.

I’m a big foodie and always happy to try new restaurants around London. I also enjoy staying active, going to the gym or for a run, and I’m quite into art and exhibitions.

I’m sociable and enjoy sharing a drink or dinner from time to time, but I also appreciate having my own space and keeping the flat a calm and comfortable place to live.
