Bedroom In 2-Bed Garden Flat In Bethnal Green

My friend is leaving our flat in April and I'm looking for someone to take over her single bedroom.
The flat is very homely, I furnished it myself. It's two levels with a big living room, kitchen, a beautiful private garden, two single bedrooms, and a toilet.
Location is pretty good, ~7 min walk to Stepney Green, Bethnal Green, and Whitechapel stations (so you get central, district, hammersmith, elizabeth, and overground tube lines!)

Ideally we would be friends, I like having a homely vibe at home where it doesn't feel like I'm living with a stranger. It's also important to me that we passively keep the flat clean :)

Queer friendly. No zionists.

available from mid April. current contract ends in Sep but I'm open to renewing further with the right flatmate!

bills in total are typically up to ~£100 per person per month in the winter and ~£50 in the summer.
