- Move-in date: From 15th April onwards
- Contract: 12-month tenancy (6-month break clause)
- Floor: 2nd floor (with elevator access)

- Female, ideally in her 20s or 30s
- Working professional
- Clean, considerate, and easygoing

- Friendly and sociable vibes (we love a catch-up but respect downtime!)
