Short-term sublet of my room in a 4-bedroom flatshare in Mile End, E1, available from 20 May to 7 September 2026 (approx. 15 weeks). I'm returning home for the summer and am happy to arrange a tenancy transfer through the letting agent to a reliable replacement tenant.

- Mile End, E1 — 5 min walk to Mile End station (Central, District and Hammersmith & City lines) and just 1 min walk to Queen Mary University of London (QMUL). Ideal for QMUL students.
- Room: furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, chair and bookshelf. En-suite bathroom. Large window with great natural light and its own radiator.
- Property: 4-bedroom flatshare. Current flatmates are 3 male students — quiet, tidy and considerate. Chilled household, no drama.
- Kitchen: fully equipped shared kitchen — fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, kettle.
- Wi-Fi already installed.

- £205 per week

- Council tax: not included; full-time students are exempt with a valid enrolment letter
