Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate to share a bright and comfortable 2-bedroom flat with me in E1. I currently rent the flat as well, so this would be a flatshare rather than renting from a live-in landlord.

Your room will include a double size bed and double size wardrobe. With desk and chair included - fully furnished.

The Flat:
• 2 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom

• Clean, tidy, and homely space
• Relaxed environment (not a party flat)

• Around 8 minutes’ walk to DLR and Overground
• Great transport links
• Easy access to Shoreditch, Liverpool Street and central London with 1 train stop to Bank.

• £1,000 per month
• Bills approx. £135–£145/month
(Council tax ~£65, utilities & WiFi ~£70–£80)

About Me:
I’m in my late 20s and work full-time in the fashion industry, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office). I like keeping the place clean and organised, but also enjoy a friendly, easy-going home.
