The room is available from 5 July 2026 until 13 September 2026, with rent at £289 per week.
A few key details:
* The room is on the 6th floor.
* It is in a flat with a shared kitchen for 4 people, and the other three flatmates are all very nice and easy to live with.
* This transfer is handled only through the official Unite Students process, so it is not a private sublet.
* Unite usually only accepts full-time students for this type of tenancy.
* All rent, contract, guarantor, and payment arrangements will be handled directly between the new tenant and Unite Students. I will not collect any payment privately.
* If you are interested, I can send you the form. Once completed, the form should be sent directly to the accommodation team, with me copied into the email. After that, Unite will review it and decide the next steps.
* If I receive interest from multiple people, I will move forward with the person who is able to complete the official process the soonest. The final check-in date will also be selected by the new tenant through Unite’s official booking process and will be subject to Unite’s confirmation.
