Ideally situated if you're a Professional in the city, central London ,Canary Wharf or Liverpool, street. (15 mins)

PRICE IS FOR MID WEEK ONLY
Monday Eve - Friday leave for £180 week (4 nights) or pro rata for less nights Ie £45 per night for a regular arrangement . This including all bills - Please don't try to negotiate the finances or arrange a viewing if your budget isn't the same.

The apartment building is located in a very quiet private road opposite Mile End Park on the canal - 5 min walk to Queen Mary University and within 15 mins walk to The Royal London Hospital and cycle to Canary Wharf .

20 mins walk to Brick lane, shoreditch etc. and the apartment location makes for a lovely canal walk to Broadway Market or Victoria park.

Sharing with a hard working Health Consultant and a friendly calm clean small dog who largely work form home and enjoy all the eastend has to offer: restaurants, markets, cinema , galleries and canal walks.
Looking for a friendly, responsible, Clean , quiet, person who likes dogs ( he former enter the room but is in the shared spaces ) .

The Vibe is friendly but respectful of mutual independence. pleased to count several former lodgers as friends. You should be independent, pleasent, cosmopolitan; gay friendly ; work /study regular 9-5ish daytime hours. This isn't a suitable arrangement for someone working from home.

The furnished double room is spacious with a large chest of drawers double bed,& desk . It in on the second floor of a small friendly secure apartment block with no step free access which could be a problem for people with some disabilities. There is large shared communal garden as well as the canal , shops and park on the doorstep .

We have a large living room and Modern kitchen with Juliet Balcony and bath/ shower room. Underground secure Car parking and secure bike storage available or London hire bikes only 5 mins walk from the apartment.
