Lovely flat in Whitechapel,near Shoreditch & City!

Hi everyone!

I am looking for a professional female flat mate to share my 2 bedroom flat in Whitechapel. The flat has 2 large double bedrooms, a kitchen and a reception room with dining area. The flat is in good condition throughout and is a short walk (about 7 mins!) from both Whitechapel and Shadwell stations and has good connections into London (Hammersmith & City, District, Overground and DLR). It’s really close to the city and Royal London Hospital so ideal for people who work in either of these locations.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby including a Tesco which is literally over the road. Shoreditch and Brick Lane are about a 20 minute walk away or two stops on the Overground.

The rent is £200 per week not including bills. Bills include council tax, water, electricity. There is a smart TV (so you can watch catch up) and freeview, plus broadband.

I am looking for a professional female between 20-25 who is tidy and considerate. I would like to live with someone who becomes a friend rather than just a flat mate who I can share dinner or a glass of wine with in the evenings! I work 9-6 so during the week I prefer to relax at home and I am more likely to spend my weekends out and about.

Pictures will be put up this coming weekend and I will be doing viewings the week commencing 22nd September. I am looking for somebody to move in as soon as possible for a minimum of 3 months.
