The bedroom to let has a double bed, large built in wardrobe and your own En-suite bathroom (shower & toilet). The flat itself is on the 6th floor of a modern build apartment on Cable Street - it's less than 5 years old in a really good, up & coming area, Shadwell (lots of coffee shops & restaurants popping up).

There are lots of different transport options: A short walk from SHADWELL, TOWER HILL & ALDGATE Underground stations. A short commute (walk or DLR) into the City, or 15mins on DLR to Canary Wharf. East London is also really nearby on foot, bike or the orange overground line - Brick Lane, Spitalfields, St Katherine's Docks, Shoreditch, London Fields Lido, Broadway Market, Columbia Road Market etc... This line also links directly south to Clapham Junction & Highbury Islington in the north.

I am a young professional (male) who works in Spitalfields. Clean, polite and sociable.

Rent includes all bills, council tax & services (internet etc).

I'm looking for someone to move in on or around the start of April but I'm flexible with the dates if you're finishing out a current tenancy elsewhere.
