The room is a spacious double bedroom with your own private bathroom (pictures provided which is equally as spacious). A wardrobe, large chest of drawers and a table is also provided.

There is a 2nd Room which is a king size room with an en-suite available with a fitted wardrobe.

We have a shared lounge where we chill cook watch tv and the dog pretty much run the show! There is a large decking area overlooking the main road which gets the sun on nice mornings. We are a 2 minute walk to Lea Bridge station which takes you either to Stratford or Tottenham Hale in 7mins (1 stop). We have an Aldi & Asda in walking distance. Great cycle routes and amazing for walks with hackney marshes, Walthamstow’s marshes, Leyton marshes, jubilee park, Epping forest all very close!! There is parking available however it will be for an extra charge!

You can go on lots of walks, hit coffee shops around the area. there is a concierge, parking, bike shed etc
