Beautiful short term room for rent in East London

Are you a female and looking for a base in lovely Leytonstone?

We are 2 females (one live in landlord) looking for another woman (30-40s) to join us for a short term rental (2-4 months beginning May through to end August - can be flexible, minimum 2 months) in a beautifully renovated house just 10 minutes from Leytonstone station.

The bedroom is tastefully decorated, light and airy and backs onto the quiet garden. You will have a comfy double bed with under bed storage, clothes rail, side tables and a set of drawers which are yours to use.

There is a gorgeous bathroom with separate shower and stand alone bath - perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

The kitchen has all the amenities, we both cook meals at home and are respectful of each others space when cooking and cleaning and would expect the same of our new housemate. We have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks which is included in the rent as are all the other bills.

The garden has a comfy outdoor sofa and a BBQ and there is some gym equipment in the outhouse.

We both have dogs, one sausage dog (Fred) and a frenchie (Winnie) and we would like our new housemate to love our pets as much as we do… if that was ever possible 😉 We sometimes need a bit of help now and again with meals or walks so we’d love someone to be willing to help if it works with your plans.

We both work on a hybrid basis, if you need to work from home in the communal space then we would prefer this to be kept to a max of 2-3 days as we try and keep the communal areas for everyone to be able to use. Happy to discuss options here.

We are a stones throw away from the bustling Francis Road and 10 mins walk to Leytonstone station.
