About the house: newly renovated, 3 bed Victorian terrace rouse, 1 bathroom and a downstairs toilet. It has a courtyard. It’s located next to Leyton midland station, 15 minute walk to leyton station ( central line), buses every 5 minutes at the end of the road and on street parking. The room can come furnished or unfurnished and is a good sized double, located on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms are upstairs.

Bills are not included and rent is £825

About us: Millie and I have lived together for the past 5 months and our looking for a third housemate. Millie works in fintech and I work in influencer marketing. We both work from home 2 days a week. We love a night out or pub garden/ roast together or going to our local Pilates studio. But we have both lived in London most of our twenties so have our own friends which we see on the weekends mostly. However we are keen to have more dinner parties at the house as we both love cooking… and wine!

Millie has a very well trained little puppy who is one, who occasionally comes to stay. So probably best you’re not allergic to dogs and like a fluffy house house guest.
