We have a good size double bedroom available from May in Lea Bridge.

The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom maisonette with a renovated basement featuring a second communal living space! (TV room)

There's plenty of space inside and even a good size garden with a back entrance for easy bike access.

You'll be sharing with Adam (27) who works in marketing, Heidi (28) a graphic designer and Joe (25) who works in the film industry (also our black cat, Trout).

We're not just looking to just fill the room, we want to find someone who will fit in well with the group.

We're all friendly, clean and approachable and we're looking for someone similar who'll be easy to get along with and will take good care of this place with us.

Bills are not included. This can vary, but it works out to around £70pm per person. (Gas, electric, water, wifi & council)

- 5min walk to Aldi Supermarket
- 5 min walk to a great local pub
- 15min walk to the gym or local leisure centre
