Hi Guys,

I am leaving my lovely room near Leyton. Reason for leaving is I need a bigger place as I have a family now.
The house is relatively equal distance from Leyton, Leytonstone (20 min walk) and Walthamstow (15 min walk) tubes.

The room is large (280 x 380) with a big double bed, warddrobe, chest of drawers and chair and table.

It overlooks an absolutely massive garden which is amazing and for me has been the highlight of living here. Its like having your own park and the other housemates rarely use it. There is also lots of scope for you to get involved with its maintenance - if you are into gardening. Its full of birds and foxes and adjacent to a number of other big gardens making this large wild space.
There is a large patio and a shed at the end but hopefully the pictures do it justice.
Inside the house is a medium sized kitchen, large lounge with couches and sliding glass doors leading to the outside patio.
House has four roooms all with single occupancies. The housemates are quiet and respectful and everyone contributes to indoor cleaning and they would like someone clean and tidy who is happy to contribute.

The landlord is a diamond and doesnt get involved unless you need something fixed or replaced.

About 20 minutes walk away is Epping Forest where you have access to 2700 hectares of the best of London. I love running trails and since living near Epping Forest have never moved away so if you are a trail runner or just loving spending time in nature then this place is for you.
