Bright brand new studio in conversion warehouse

I’m renting out my cosy 1 bedroom studio apartment for approx 1 month from the 2nd to the 27th Jan (could extend til the 31st) Please don’t contact me if you can’t do these dates.
It’s not suitable for couples and preferably for females only.

Location: Between Leyton and Walthamstow, just a 5-minute walk to Lea Bridge Station. From there it’s only one stop to the Victoria Line and Central Line, so central London is very easy to reach.

The Studio: Modern, bright, and recently built, with an art studio vibe. The building has shared bathroom and shower facilities, with a professional cleaner twice a week to keep everything spotless.

The Area: Quiet and green, with plenty of parks and open spaces nearby. And the bonus, there’s one amazing cafe & bakery literally next door.
