Bright&Cute Double Room

Bright double room in 5 bedrooms house, situated on the top floor.
The room has a gorgeous source of light and sits on the third floor.
The wardrobe, mirror and bed are part of the house’s furniture but the chest of drawers will be removed by the current tenant.
The bathroom showed will only be shared with one housemate (Diana) and has plenty of storage and it’s situated just one step outside the room.
Each floor of the house has its own bathroom.
Living room is shared and has a TV. It all functions as a drying room for clothes, since we do not have a dryer.
Kitchen is big and functional, with newly purchased appliances including a new fridge.
Garden is big and spacious and great to enjoy in the summer or spring :)🌸
We are a VERY clean household, so if you think you can match that then you’ll be perfect for us!
In the rent is also included a biweekly cleaner who takes care of shared spaces and helps with maintaining the space lush🧚🏻‍♀️.
We are not a party household, but we do not mind if you have friends or partners over occasionally, the only thing we require is that you communicate if a male visitor is coming as we are an all-girls house and want to be aware of so 🌸
Great accessibility to shops, supermarkets, gyms, restaurants and more amenities- all 5-10 mins walk.
Closes tube is Walthamstow, Victoria Line (10-12mins walk), closest overground is Leyton Midland (5mins) and then Leyton station, Central Line (15-20mins), plus plenty of buses and night buses at walking distance.
Very quiet and safe neighbourhood, some of us have lived here for over 5 years and feel confident saying it is a good place to live overall.
