Double Room for Rent in Cozy Houseshare

Hello - I hope your search is going well. My name is Emma, I'm a 42 year old single mother with the sweetest, funniest 10 month old baby (who also lives with her father part-time). I own a peaceful, quirky 4 bedroom house in Walthamstow (10 min walk from Leyton Midland, 15 min walk from Walthamstow Central station) and I am renting out a double room from mid-April. With me in the house is also a kind and funny girl from South Africa

I don't need anyone to help out with the baby but I'm hoping to find people who love having her around. Families can take all shapes and sizes! :-)

I'm a social, community-minded person and love cooking and feeding people. It would be nice to have dinner together once a week or sometimes. It's also fine if you are busy and not around a lot - I know how London life can be. Basically - my main concern is that you are a kind human being and contribute to a caring, peaceful atmosphere around you.

The room is a double, overlooking the garden. Price is £680 a month, without bills (which come to around £100 a month).

Not suitable for working from home.
