You will be sharing 2 Bathrooms ( 2-showers 2-loos ) a Huge lounge and kitchen with 2 other girls in that age group.
These facilities are yours only and not used by me !

Lovely Georgian Villa Opposite unspoilt Forest land, outside there are 2 bus stops 1 goes to the Central Line, (Leytonstone) or you can walk approx 10/15 mins, 2 Stops to Stratford, the other to Victoria line, or Overground to Liverpool St.
There are lots of shops, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pubs/bars within walking distance. The room is on the top floor (there are 3 floors) of the House, which has Central Heating, along with 2 other bedrooms each occupied by 2 similar aged Girls, there is a Bath/shower/Toilet on this floor, there is a very Large communal/living room equipped with Fridge/Freezer/Cooker/Microwav e, Dinning Table/2 Large Sofas and TV, which overlooks the Garden, Next to this room there is another 2nd Bathroom, Shower, Washing Machine also Separate Toilet.
All bills included and Wi-Fi.
Looking for someone who is ( MUST BE ) clean and Tidy and not too noisy!
The House is Alarmed and in a well lit and Safe area.

NOTE... My part of the House is completely separate from yours, ie i do not use your bathrooms, kitchen/lounge !
