Hey guys,

I'm looking for a couple of housemates for my place in Manor Park. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently redecorated and its £450 for the single, £500 for the double (bills included).

Local amenities:
-Near to 3 tube stations: Woodgrange Park- Overground (9 mins), Manor Park - TFL Rail/Elizabeth line (10 mins), East Ham - H'smith & City, and District lines (13 mins). Walking times according to Google maps
-5 minutes away from two high streets with lots of the essentials (Shops, Pharmacies, GPs, Dentists, Leisure centre, gyms etc) as well a lot of Asian restaurants, cafés, cafes, a couple of pubs and the Wanstead flats (a big park), as well a couple of arts venues.

House amenities include:
- Gas/electric/water/council tax included
- High speed wifi included
- Tumble dryer and separate washing machine
- Rooms are furnished but option to add more furniture (for free) if needed
- Living room
- Dining room

A little about me, I'm in my late twenties and enjoy socializing and checking out new places (especially bars, cafes or nature), photography and creative writing. But I'm also clean and tidy, and value alone time as well as privacy.
