Modern double room, 18 minutes from Central London

Me and my partner are looking for a friendly flatmate to share our beautiful new 2 bed / 2 bathroom flat with a large balcony in Ilford riverside, London.

The flat is only 3 minutes away from Ilford station where you can catch amazing new Tfl / Crossrail trains and be in Stratford in 9 and Liverpool street in 18 minutes. In 2022 you will be in Oxford street in under 25 minutes as the line gets extended.

The area has 3 gyms around here: Nuffield, PureGym and The Gym. There’s a local Irish pub right on our doorstep and Wetherspoons not too far away. Lots of shops and supermarkets in close proximity.

Huge Valentines park and Wanstead flats just 10-15 minutes away.

We have our own bathroom so you’ll pretty much have the other bathroom to yourself.

The building has a private residential garden area and a cycle store. Our flat also has a large sunny balcony with lots of plants

Bills come to around £70- 100 per person per month (depends on the time of the year)

We are both males, aged 26-27. I work as a building manager and my partner is a general manager at a restaurant venue.

PS: we have two young cats. They are very well-behaved.
