Price for couples - £900 pcm

Bills are around £150 each a month.

There is on street parking available with a permit that can be bought in 3, 6 and 12 month batches.

These are the pics from the previous owners (I only moved in a month ago so it’s not totally unpacked) but you get the gist. Heaps of light and space, local to overground and underground. Beautiful park and flats (Wanstead) just up the road and generally really picturesque.

Large, fully kitted out garden with hammock, outdoor dining space, fire pit, lights and projector for cinema nights.

Closest underground is East Ham, bus routes all over the place, and multiple Overground stations within working distance.

Full weights/gym sets which you’re welcome to use.

Open plan kitchen/living room.

Sky, Sky Sports, and WiFi, as well as all the other apps you need on a TV, and an Alexa.

Hello! I'm Sarah. I own the property and live here. I'm 27 and a working professional (which feels weird writing down because I don't feel like a real life grown up). My partner Iona doesn't officially live here, but she spends most of the week here. She's a sports therapist and gives great (slightly painful) massages.

My hobbies/interests:
- rugby (playing and watching)
- art (I paint and draw)
- music (I play several instruments)
- socialising
- hosting parties and playing cupid with my friends!
- I love going out to bars, pubs, clubs, events, theatre, gigs, quizzes BUT I also love a movie night
- I'm quite extra, I like to go all out so if we're planning something expect me to buy props, themed paraphernalia and deck out the house.

Between us we have three dogs, Kiwi, Dilly and Pumpkin. Two spaniels and a Pomeranian. They're all very sociable with people and animals, and give excellent snuggles. This is a pet friendly household, so if you have a pet please let me know (and set pics for me to coo over!).

This is an LGBTQQIAAP+ household.
I love rosé and whiskey (not together).
We're rugby mad and if the rugby is on the TV is very much off limits.
If you talk during Line of Duty we will fall out.
