Less than 10 mins to Wanstead via 101 - lovely village highstreet with many shops, pubs, restaurants, co-op, tesco, M&S & Majestic. Alternatively you can walk to Wanstead in 20 mins via the beautiful Wanstead Park. It's normally a quiet house in the week as people are working , a little more lively at the weekends. We enjoy BBQ's, drinks with friends and making the most of the garden in the nice weather.

I prefer a single female renter. as there are already 2 guys in the house
