The flat is a good size with a large sunny living area, on a quiet residential street. The sitting room is separate to the kitchen with all mod cons. The bathroom is bright and airy with shower/bath.

I'm Marsha, a youthful 40 year old live in landlord. But don't let that put you off, I'm pretty laid back and sociable. I am a teacher, with a passion for design, arts and crafts. Ideally I am looking for a chilled female flatmate who is either a mature student or professional.

Location is ideal for professionals or students who need to get in and out of central London or the City in minutes. Manor Park station (zone 3) to Liverpool Street is just a 15 min journey.

From Manor Park, Stratford station is only minutes away, and has connections to Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, London Overground, British Rail and Eurostar. For all you shoppers, there's Westfield Stratford nearby.
Woodgrange Park (London Overground station) is only 6 mins walk away.
Local bus route: 101, 104, W19, 474, to get into the city: 86 & 25 (24hrs)

The local area has much to offer with a variety of shops, gym, library, cafes, restaurants and more.
