Hi, I have a single room available in my home, which will suit a female student or professional who needs easy access to Canary Wharf, the City, Queen Elizabeth Park or West End.

The room is in a clean, quiet 4-bedroom home with a modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and large garden, well used by my cat! Our home is surrounded by Epping Forest green spaces, perfect for leisurely walks and other exercise, which has been the saviour for us during the last year!

The room includes a desk, wardrobe, TV and high-speed fibre internet access. All bills and a cleaner are included. I am a professional, now working from home and long hours, so understand the need for privacy and space!

Wanstead tube station and Manor Park Overground are 5 minute bus rides, both are easy access to Canary Wharf, the City, West End, Stratford and Hackney. If you have a car, there is parking outside the house, which is conveniently situated near to the North Circular, A12 and the M11.

We are excellently located to Epping Forest, Wanstead Flats and Wanstead village, which has a vibrant village High Street, with a variety of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, all popular with local residents.....and hopefully all to be re-opening very soon!

We (and the family cat) are seeking a single, female student or professional, who would appreciate a quiet, clean and comfortable home environment and can respect others privacy. It is essential that you are a non-smoker. Pre-lockdown, we preferred to socialise outside and relax at home and would like someone who would do the same.

Although the room is advertised as short-term, Mon-Fri lets happily considered, with rent re-negotiated!
