Our housemate is moving out so we've got an en-suite room, with a double bed, and better yet, all bills are included.

🏡The Flat
So, a bit about the flat! We have a shared living room, with the comfiest sofa. The surrounding area is fantastic. Upton Park has had a lot of development, including the £1.2m spent renovating the local pub which does a great sunday roast. A lot of new cafes and food places keep popping up and we have a street food stand in the development which has 2 different vendors a week.

🛏 The Room

So, a little more about your room! It's a good sized double, with an en-suite and boasts a spacious (and comfortable!) double bed. You’ll also have a 2m wide wardrobe designed by the first person who lived in the room, a bedside table and a shelf rack.

Transport
The area is serviced by Upton Park Station, which is just a 5-minute walk away and gets you into Liverpool Street in 17 minutes, Canary Wharf in 13 minutes. The buses run all night and take you all the way around the East London area and from Liverpool Street also.

All bills are included: Council tax, water, heat, electricity, high-speed internet and all amenities

🧔The Housemates
You’ll be living with me Jeeva and Michelle. I've lived in the house for 6 years now, 5 of those with the first person to live in the room available and have had many great housemates who have contributed to a great living experience and I'm very much looking to keep that going. The flat has been a place where housemates have looked to make it a home and place that we can relax and enjoy both after work and during the weekends..

We enjoy socialising, be that at home or outside, and would ideally like to have a housemates that are willing to join for a meal, drink or night out. We love love music, TV and film.

🍻Social Funtimes
While we do tend to relax after work during the week, we are up for having a bit of fun on the weekends so would love to have people who can join for a drink, party or just a general day out.

We are relaxed and tidy individuals and are looking for people similar to make our house a home.

This would be ideal for someone who is looking for more than just a place to lay their head. We're a sociable bunch who really enjoy living around each other and are looking for someone who can be a part of our little community.
