Small double room in nice house

A furnished double room, with double bed, built in wardrobe and draws, in a shared house with two other people (me) and housemate situated in zone 3.

In the evenings I usually go for walks and relax in front of the TV. I mainly work from home but do travel for work sometimes.

The other housemate works in security and is social/likes a chat after work but also equally likes to relax and watch TV.

I have the odd parties and BBQs on weekends etc with friends which previous and current housemates have always joined in with.

The house is situated on a residential street, about a 12-15min walk to Custom House Station (Elizabeth line and DLR Zone 3) and about 20 min walk to Canning Town (Jubilee line and DLR Zone 2/3) - direct bus routes to both stations. Small and medium shops and local amenities like gym are all within walking distance.

The house is to a good decorative standard throughout and would suit someone who doesn't want to live with loads of others, is social, but also enjoys their own space.

The house is close to Newham Hospital, City Airport, Excel centre, and also within easy reach of Canary Whart and Stratford.
The house has, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, air-fryer, oven, fridge freezer, shared large tv in sitting room, 1Gig internet connection, and nice small garden space.
